Little Elise...

Not so cooperative with Marissa here.

Had some great "bonding time" here......

We were just thinking. If we could write down all the amazing things Joseph imagines in one day we would have a great action book.

Jeriah on a job.

The woods are springing into life.

A trip by the scrap yard, cool place...

Lost treasures everywhere.

The dumpster dump.

Strike up the band!

Grandmothers. Such a joy to have around.

"Sing unto the Lord a new song for he has done gloriously! His right hand and his holy arm have gotten him the victory!" Ps 96:1

Pst pst pst...I know there has to be a great plan going on here.

Kristy Shervish's concert. She did wonderfully, both piano, and voice...

...and it was so great to see all the folks from her neck of the world. I didn't even think of it ahead of time, all the people who would be there. It was a wonderful fellowship evening.

I am so thankful to the Lord. He has really been close to me over the last few days. He has surprised me with peace. Little phrases from hymns I have sung my whole life keep popping into my head. Such wonderful things I can say straight from my heart to the Lord. O how I want to know more of Jesus all the time, to ever grow closer to Him...

'Tis MERCY all, immense and free. For, O my God, it found out me! Amazing love! How can it be, that thou me God shouldst die for me! And yet to think thou lovest me...My heart cries out, How can it be? How can it be?...How can it be? That God should love a soul like me, Oh how can it be?! I sing in my rapture, OH GLORY TO GOD! for such a redeemer is mine. More about Jesus would I know. Holding communion with my Lord, hearing his voice in every line, making each faithful saying mine. MORE! MORE!...about Jesus. Oh! How I love Jesus! He walks with me, and he talks with me, and he tells me I am his own, And the joy we share as we tarry there, none other has ever known.

For thus saith the LORD unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live: But seek not Bethel... -God (Amos 5:4-5a)

I WANT TO LIVE! I WANT TO SEEK THE LORD! To chase after him with all my strength, that is what I'm running toward.

He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. Ps 98:3

Don't you just love that? I just love verses that are too big for me to comprehend. It gives me such a faith vision.

More to come next time.

Love ya', and y'all come back now.
