God's Simple Plan of Salvation

Have you asked God what He is telling you?

What kind of spiritual beliefs do you have?
To you who is Jesus?
Do you think there is a heaven and a hell?
If you died right now, where would you go?
If what you believe were not true, would you like to know?

If so, read on...

Here are some verses from the Bible, read them out loud and ask God to tell you what each one means.

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God;"
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 5:8,9 "But God commendeth [showed] His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him."
Romans 10:9,10 "That if thou shalt [will] confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine [your] heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Here are some more questions to ask yourself...

1.Am I a sinner?
2.Do I want forgiveness of sins?
3.Do I believe Jesus died on the cross to take the punishment for the sins of mankind, then rose again?

If the answer to these questions is yes,
then pray aloud something like this...

Father God, You are without sin, and I am a sinner. This keeps us from any relationship. However! Your son, Jesus, died on the cross to take the punishment that I deserved for my sins. I now receive that free gift for myself. I realize there is nothing I can do to earn favor with You, because I am a sinner. I place my complete trust in Jesus alone.
